The client required a purpose-built dog transport vehicle that was compatible with the latest electric platform, offering the same durability, practicality and comfort as traditional diesel-powered units.
The key objectives were to:
Maintain a lightweight build to maximise electric range and efficiency.
Ensure secure and comfortable kennelling for all types of dogs.
Provide easy maintenance and hygiene control for daily operational use.
The Solution
EndGrain CNC designed and manufactured a 11-compartment kennel system, precision-built in-house using our CNC facilities to achieve a perfect fit and finish.
The conversion features:

🔹 LED blue lighting for visibility and calm transport conditions.
